  Thank you, Mateo! This was my first time printing important documents and sending a fax, and I was quite nervous because I wasn’t familiar with the process. Mateo was incredibly patient, professional, and kind. He guided me through every step and even reminded me to take my fax confirmation receipt before I left, which was extremely important. His kindness made a stressful day much easier and made me feel very welcome in New York. Thank you, Mateo!
