  Ayanna when I walked in looked at me and didn’t say anything- I waited for someone to call me - she took the person behind me. She kept huffing and puffing and looking like she had someone better to be. Luckily I got Mohamed and he was so delicate with my print job / thanks to him - I’ll be back / she however needs customer service training.

  I had an incredible experience at the FedEx office at 488 7th Avenue in New York. Serenity, the staff member who helped me, was patient, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. Without her help, I wouldn't have been able to get everything done. The service was efficient, and I left feeling very satisfied

  Got there close to 6PM on Saturday but with plenty of time for a few auto returns. The employees seemed upset I came in and said they had closed all the software for the day and couldn’t accept the returns. The business was still open, but they were just standing around scrolling on their phones waiting for the clock to run out and I was saddled with a package in Manhattan for the rest of the day.

  This is an amazing FedEx location and I have to give the best compliment to their customer service specially Serenity who has been so great with my daughters print order. Thank you!!!
