  A small man with control issues and a big mouth just yelled at me for five minutes because I plugged in my portable scanner in for 3 minutes to scan some documents that I had send through FedEx. Said he did a "courtesy " by letting me finish. Then starts yelling. He was making such a big deal, someone else came out to see what was going on. If this is FedEx policy, and you are looking to reward a guy who treats Your electrical outlets as if they are his own, a man who is saving you pennies at a time - customer service be dammed, he's your dude. He's your hero. Pin a medal on him. Because of my job, I go to fedexs all over this city. I've certainly never been yelled at for plugging in my scanner for a few minutes.

  The automated system makes it hard to even get anyone on the phone. Fed Ex just wants our money. They lack in customer service. Shut them doen and keep using the local postal service USPS.

  What a great location, very clean and well organized, and the lady who helped me today there was awesome, so polite and friendly. Makes a nice change!
