  A small man with control issues and a big mouth just yelled at me for five minutes because I plugged in my portable scanner in for 3 minutes to scan some documents that I had send through FedEx. Said he did a "courtesy " by letting me finish. Then starts yelling. He was making such a big deal, someone else came out to see what was going on. If this is FedEx policy, and you are looking to reward a guy who treats Your electrical outlets as if they are his own, a man who is saving you pennies at a time - customer service be dammed, he's your dude. He's your hero. Pin a medal on him. Because of my job, I go to fedexs all over this city. I've certainly never been yelled at for plugging in my scanner for a few minutes.

  Can only second previous reviews regarding woeful unprofessionalism of staff. Combative and defensive over basic questions. A typical interaction: "Hi, dropping off"... "You can't ship that like that"... "Ok, what do you recommend"... "I just gave you a recommendation"...etc. There are other locations nearby, so just don't even bother with this one

  Staff (Lexus) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in terms of products and options available for shipping/my type of shipment. Super pleasant~ She was patient and resourceful in assessing my needs, and the store was clean, safe and well maintained.
