I used to like this store, because the location is very close and friendly. Today, I walked in with 119 envelopes to scan and the worker at the counter refused to help me. He wanted to show me how to scan by myself. Of course, I know how. Since, the self-machine can scan only 10 at a time, the store can scan way more to get with less receipts. Not to mention, the waste of label from self-machine instead of regular receipt. I do not understand how this person is not willing to help especially the shop was not crowded at the time. It wasn't my first time at the store. I was at this store multiple time before and usually got help with no issue. This time in particular, I felt not being helped. Hopefully, everyone working as customer service, have same mind of willing to help customers. I wish my review helps to improve for the worker who needs to improve.
