The customer service this morning was pretty terrible. I waited for 5+ minutes before seeing the associate who was talking on the phone in the back. The conversation might have been work related or it might not have been, she was talking about "100" of something, and I was ignored completely. Even when she came out to put the registers in at 8:15 I was not greeted in any way, and at that time I had been waiting for around 7 minutes. I told her what I needed help with as she approached where I was standing, and with very inattentive, minimal conversation she guided me to help myself. Not once did the associate make a connection with me to ensure a successful, let alone positive, transaction. Dropping off packages before work in the morning is annoying enough and this associates attitude is not well-suited for a morning "rush".

Recommend visiting UPS that is 1 block north for shipping, if you have the option. Arrived in the middle of a weekend with 1 person in line and took over 20 minutes to be attended (associates processing packages in the back of the store). Another 15 minutes to ring up two packages, before being told the system was down.
Went through the same process in 5 minutes at UPS. Waste of time.
Ravi was very impatient and zero customer service and keeps charging extra money. The prints are not properly aligned, which is a basic requirement. I was told I would be charged extra for a reprint or to cut the paper, which is unacceptable.
Fantastic alternative to Staples. Staffees Lola and Jasmine are terrific team members! The only issue is that this place should hire one or two more staffers because there can be a wait…even at odd hours. Grade: A
