  Great staff and they are really trying to help, but printing situation is disaster! I’ve been waiting for hour and the half to print label which I’ve sent 10 games to two different emails they provided.

  Mad disrespectful and difficult. I spend thousands+ on FedEx a year and the least they can do is give me a package when I’m obviously who I say I am for an urgent matter. Attitude beyond unhelpful and patronizing.

  The workers at this location absolutely hate their job!! Very incompetent and unhelpful. I wasted money on doing express shipping after they claimed they’re unable to make a label on their end and that i’d have to do it on my phone. This caused further delay and miscommunication with the delivery expectations and I had to spend even more money!!
