  Wanted to give a shoutout to Josh, who was very professional and handled my urgent enquiries for an important client event. He was responsive and had a strong can-do attitude for everything. Clients and staff all mentioned how great the conference nametags turned out. Thanks again Josh!

  Marshall was the sweetest. I bought too many souvenirs and had to ship things home. He was so reassuring and helped me get the best rate. Everything made it safely to my house over 1 weekend and I found he'd even plastic wrapped my stuffed animal so it didn't get anything spilled on it.

  When I visited this location, it had been raining, so my package got a bit soaked. When I entered the store, the supervisor was attentive, instantly confirming if I'll be shipping my package. After confirming with him, I apologized for the slightly soaked package. He thoughtfully asked if I wanted to purchase a Fedex mailer. Then, his employee Ismail helped me process the package. He was patient, efficient, and empathetic with me. Thank you to the awesome team at this location. Will be frequenting this location more often!
