  I was worried this would be a headache based on past reviews, but the gentleman working today (I unfortunately didn’t get his name) was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me with multiple packing and shipping needs.

  I work nearby and weekly visit this FedEx location. It is always a big disappointment due to the store manager and the staff. Yesterday, I asked for 3 different shipping supplies (padded pack, extra large express box, and large express box) and they had NONE! I had to take a bus and go to another FedEx location to get the shipping supplies to mail out my 2 packages. The store manager was rude (as usual) and incompetent, and hasn't mastered the skill of ordering enough supplies so that customers do not have to run around NYC to get a box/pack to mail their packages! The rest of the staff is just as rude, incompetent and hate their jobs. Amazing what these people get away with!
