This has been my weekly FedEx location for close to 8 years and today has been the worst experience dealing with Zion, who must be new.
Upon arrival, the first thing he says is “Do you have ID” I was a little taken aback by his tone but ok. I give him my ID. He then asks for the recipient information. I show him it written on my phone. He literally barks at me that they aren’t allowed to take a phone. I mean I wasn’t letting him borrow it, just for him to view the address but once again, fine. I’ve just been doing this way for the past decade at FedEx but ok. You could literally sense his annoyance to do just what he was hired to do. I try to brush off his attitude at this point, contemplating walking away with my packages. Then the payment comes up. I tell him I’ll be paying with an account. He then heaves and says he’ll have to redo everything. Then proceeds to bark and ask me if there is anything else I didn’t tell him, like he’s speaking down to a child. Are you kidding me?! If he knew his job, the first question was asking for an account number not asking for ID right away. Then we wouldn’t be in this situation. I let him know he can start over. After all of that, he just hands a receipt and doesn’t even say a word. I don’t even know if we’re done, I’m just standing there. I wasn’t even able to finish everything I need to do; just needed to get away from this guy and his terrible attitude. Left with my remaining packages in hand. This is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in customer service!! Clearly should not be in this job. They just hire anyone now I guess. Such a shame, never had any issues before today.

Excellent service and staff, the equipment is new and works great, the environment is calm with everything you need to print, very convenient on 51st. I’ll be back. Cheers!

Went in to ship a parcel to a friend and the lady was super friendly and helpful
I sent a print request to this FedEx at 9AM for a total of 28 calendar-style books to be made. The assistant behind the desk told me that one of the books I requested as 72 pages, which was too much for them to handle and that they would not be able to have the work done until 9AM the next day. FedEx is a "Print & Ship" company. 72 pages should not require a 24 hour turn-around.
