  I came into this location on 7/14 around maybe 10/10:30am . To the only young lady working . She was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful ! Dealing with multiple people at once and didn’t break a sweat . Thank you for your help and speaking up for yourself ! You did nothing wrong and sometimes people just don’t get it you know . However I do and I appreciate the help and information you gave me while I myself was having a morning of my own .

  Sharon, who I believe is the store manager, was extremely helpful. Picture this: it’s a Friday night rush with people constantly coming through the door, but she managed to triage every situation and keep things moving smoothly. As soon as I handed her my box, she immediately noticed I was reusing a type of packaging that could’ve caused issues during shipping. I really appreciated that she took the time to point it out. I asked if she could repackage it using the proper size box (which I happily paid for), and she took care of it right away. The fact that she didn’t just scan the package and move on made me feel like she was looking out for me — and when you’re scrambling on a Friday night to meet the drop-off cutoff, that really matters!

  Chris helped me out today and was super friendly and efficient! Just started working in the area and it was nice to see great customer service at a place I'll be frequently visiting for work related matters! I'll be back for sure at this location just for him! :)

  Shannon (or sharon) took one look at me and roller her eyes so many times, I'm surprised they stayed in her head. Pablo was friendly but let me know he was tired. He got defensive when I asked him questions about the job. He proceeded to destroy the paper I brought with me and not get the job done in the 30 min I was there. Shannon (Sharon?,) you're a terrible manager.

  Delford, the center manager, was fantastic. Super friendly, charismatic guy. Helped me find the right options for shipping and didn't try to up-sell anything. I would recommend this location to anyone around Grand Central that needs to ship a package. I went around 1pm and didn't have to wait in line for service. Great guy!
