The same grumpy woman behind the counter has been rude and unhelpful to me on two occasions. I handed her my phone with the address, phone number and account number all written out to make it EASIER FOR HER and she looked at me like I’d done something offensive. The manager - who is actually really nice - just kind of stood there both times at his computer witnessing the exchange. She needs to GO.

I reached out with a very large, time‑sensitive, and honestly chaotic request, and Andrew — along with his entire team — handled it flawlessly. Andrew called me promptly to confirm receipt and carefully walk through my instructions, listening patiently and offering knowledgeable feedback and expertise that immediately put me at ease. Andrew and the staff were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, efficient, and clearly committed to doing the job right. The project was completed much earlier than expected, and the final result looked polished and extremely professional. Andrew also went above and beyond by assisting me with sending the documents via FedEx, which was hugely appreciated given the tight time constraints. I will absolutely keep this store in mind for all future printing and binding needs. Thank you to Andrew and the entire team for the outstanding service and true teamwork.
