  The employee was very rude and unprofessional. I wanted to ship 2 items one of which was an electronics so I approached the counter to inquire about shipping an electronics item. The employee took that item from my hands and went straight away to pack it before I could even tell him about the other item which had to be shipped together. He was later agitated when I told him about the second item. Also when I started asking him details about what kind of shipment he is planning to provide he rudely asked me stay quiet until he asks me for more info. He didn't ask me about shipment value until we reached the payment stage (even though he knew that I was shipping an expensive electronics item). He again got agitated at me because he had to redo shipment processing to add insurance.

  The guy here was rude. He could have been nicer. I understand he is the only one here but still. I don't need this.

  This team is the best I have met in my entire life. As an entrepreneur, I was in a really tight position in the team moved a mountain just to make sure my project was handled. I can not thank this team and its District Manager enough. They saved my life and delivered quick, professional and quality print and shipping services. Thanks Manny and team.
