  The assistant manager is rude, and discriminates. First, she had me wait for more than 5 min before she came to the counter. After that, she insisted to see my ID just for asking the estimates of the payment for sending a document. When I showed her my Id, i asked her why she needs an ID just for the estimates. She refused to answer. I remember, entering the postal area code entered in the system is enough for such. Next, she asked me if its personal or business reason for sending the documents. When I asked her is there a difference in the payment, She answered me there is none”. I asked why she needs to asked me if there is no difference. Yet, she insisted again to asked if that is for business or personal, and when i answered her that it is a business address, she nastily answered that she “does not care for my business.” I walked away from the place. I dont recommend this place. No good customer service.
