  I had a great experience at this FedEx location. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They assisted me with laminating and binding a book and made the entire process easy. They also helped me ship multiple packages quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend their excellent customer service! Thank you!

  The rudest employees you’ll ever encounter here. They act like they’re paying you to do their job. Please avoid unless you want to be treated poorly by bitter people who hate their lives.

  Avoid this specific location as well as FedEx in general. Extremely rude staff working this morning 4/7/25 around 9:45 a.m., couldn't care less about helping customers. The employees (or at least the one I encountered) are phoning it in with no work ethic or drive, so expect absolutely nothing from them beyond a blank Gen Z stare stating they can't do anything for you. Ship with UPS or USPS and print with Staples. Save yourself the trouble of dealing with this company and these people.

  I called to pickup my order and it took forever just to be connected to someone by the time I got to the last prompt the store was CLOSED!
