  Bad enough that this location doesn't provide self service drop off, after waiting on line for ages just to do a drop off, the staff member made me wait while he packed up the previous customers packages. I walked out. I usually use the FedEx on First Ave and 70th and will never come back to the third ave branch. It's no wonder this site has 2.5 stars and the other has 4.

  I went to the store to recycle my Oura ring the proper way and their system was down. They asked me to wait or come back as if I have all the time in the world. I’m just trying to donate old technology. 1 star
