I visited this FedEx location today to ship an item to my brother in Germany, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The representative who assisted me, Michael, was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional throughout the interaction. I also felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way I was treated, which came across as discriminatory and unacceptable.
As a paying customer, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, especially from a company that serves people from all backgrounds. Instead, I left feeling upset and unwelcome. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses Michael’s behavior so future customers are treated with respect.

On a busy day, only one worker was on shift cause someone else called out. She held down the fort and took care of so many customers as quickly as possible, dealt with printer issues and picked up calls— all in the most efficient and thorough way possible. Katrice, I believe was her name. So much love and respect!!

Tony is an absolute elite employee. Every time I have been to this location he has been holding down the fort on his own, taking packages, printing, passport photos... This guy not only deserves pay raise but he deserves a generous bonus and thank you to whoever owns this franchise location. He may be the best example of costumer service and of an employee going above and beyond in all of Manhattan. He definitely is the best FedEx Office employee on the Upper West side.
Came in to print something. When I asked if there was an email if I could send the document to, the woman working at the counter, Nadia, gestured to the self-print and rudely said “ya gotta read” and the turned away. Very disrespectful and lazy customer service.
