  I agree with others- terrible attitude and customer service. Woman at the desk this morning was rude and short with a very kind military service member who had a simple question. I understand the job is likely difficult but the location wasn’t even busy at the time. I received similar dismissive treatment and was made to wait a long time for no apparent reason. If you are unhappy with your job and or hate being in a customer service role it is up to you to make a change, others are not to blame for that.

  Many staff members are rude and act like you're majorly inconveniencing them when asking for help. Really busy with their personal conversations and horrible attitude. Worst FedEx ever.

  Attempting to work with Rachel was truly one of the most insane, terrible customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was condescending with multiple customers before me, and was incredibly rude when I had a simple question about my pre-labeled package. As someone who also works in customer service, I’m amazed she still works there after multiple terrible customer experiences per the reviews. Will never return to this location and will discourage my neighbors from coming here as well.
