I used to work with FedEx regularly in the past and always had positive experiences, which is why today’s visit was disappointing.
I stopped by this location on 6/8 between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. to print documents for an appointment nearby. Unfortunately, the self-service printing system repeatedly failed to generate the retrieval code after I emailed my documents, making it impossible to access them for printing.
I informed the team members on duty about the issue several times. However, I was repeatedly told that I needed a code that the system itself was failing to provide. While I understand that technology can experience problems, I expected a greater level of assistance in resolving the issue.
Given that FedEx team members are trained in both shipping and printing services, I would have appreciated a more hands-on approach rather than being directed back to a system that was clearly malfunctioning. Customer service is often measured by how problems are handled, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.

Eric at the FedEx office 200 Varig Street, NYC is the best. He solved a major problem helping me to return a package I bought from eBay. Eric is patient, knowledgeable and smart. Thank you. RG
