  Very nice staff but the upcharges to use this location are absurd- you pay upwards of 40% more from the base cost to use this location.

  Adam was so helpful, patient and kind. We had 2 large suitcases and 3 giant boxes to ship back after an event in the city and he was calm and communicative. He was great and helped us get what we needed sorted out, all while balancing a busy morning with people popping in to drop off packages, ask questions and get copies made. He juggled it well. Thank you Adam!

  worst Fedex ever. I sent back two boxes of some online shopping I had done and even though I already had the labels and everything they charged me $25. this is ridiculous.
