Сегодня я был в этом отделении, хочу отметить работу сотрудницы, она мне помогла с тем что я пришёл, посетителей было много,но при этом она была приветлива и очень эффективно обслуживала всех. Действительно хорошо знает свою работу и любит людей.

I went in this morning to mail 5 items to 3 different addresses and had a wonderful experience with the store manager Johanna. She was patient while I looked up addresses and phone numbers, had a great attitude, and seemed to enjoy working there. Johanna and other staff were attentive to other customers waiting in line while myself and another customer had long transactions.

The staff at this location are a well-oiled team. Lead by Joanne, who also jumps right in to assist customers, Rachel & Jessica are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient on their own - and terrific together. Not easy when folks want to quickly run in and out, but often need help with the “self-service” machines. Thank you!

Am I happy that this open near me so I don’t have to go to any other place to ship a package and also happy that Amazon does use FedEx now for returns
