There are not enough words to describe the delightful, efficient, warm and amazing service we received from Johanna the Manager.
She navigated through, multi tasking and assisted everyone especially the elderly that needed that special attention.
I was skeptical to go to FedEx thinking it was so expensive but I needed the documents to arrive on time and was willing to pay the additional price; only to find out I had numerous options that worked with my budget.
Johanna provided us with that individualized value added service, I give her high commendations.
Companies in service and retail should learn from her especially in NYC with her sincerity and honest leadership style, operational efficiency, and ability to foster a positive environment during high-stress and peak periods, mind you she was by herself am sure there were staffing shortages.

I needed to get passport photos (both print and digital) for a passport renewal. CVS's camera was broken and I ended up here. Despite technical difficulties, Fedex staff were very helpful. You get the digital print on a FedEx USB drive.

Johanna was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure every detail was just right. She truly made my printing job feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. Her communication and support went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and would absolutely recommend this store.
The lady named Akelia was very rude awful staff was not helpful at all and extremely impatient .Couldn't even except cash as payment.
