  Horrible fraudent activity from this store. They Never shipped me the product i bought. Reached out to both the customer support and store level and nothing happened. They still owe me 400 dollars.

  TL;DR: Falconeri put a $300+ return entirely onto store credit without my consent, then couldn't process that same store credit a year later (credit was valid for three years from issue). Their systems can't handle anything beyond a simple in-and-out purchase. Read other reviews before purchasing: they have a low rating for a reason I've shopped here for years, and it's fine if you know exactly what you want, buy it, and leave. However, their systems and processes are not able to handle transactions beyond that. Their overall approach is also more reactive vs. proactive A friend gave me a $100 gift card, which I used online along with my own credit card. I returned the items that didn't fit — but instead of refunding the $100 back to the gift card and the rest back to my credit card, Falconeri dumped the entire $300+ return onto a store-credit card I never asked for! I complained to their customer service via email and they refused to rectify the situation, stating they already gave me store credit (again, which I did not ask for...) There's also no customer service phone line (at least not one that I could easily locate online), only email, which for a "luxury" brand is baffling A year later, I went in to finally spend that credit. Despite the confirmation email stating it works in stores, no one could process it — not two associates, not the manager. They also refused to let me place an online order for same-store pickup, stating that Falconeri ships items to the store for pickup (which makes no sense as the items I wanted were already in store). After 30+ minutes, I left without my products because Falconeri is a store still stuck in the dinosaur age and not interested in trying to figure out how omnichannel works I let the employees know that this is not a luxury experience. Walmart has better systems — and won't quietly convert your refund into store credit without your consent. But comparing Falconeri to Walmart is an insult to Walmart

  It's an outright scam. I bought a sweater and had it shipped to my address in California, but it never arrived. I submitted every piece of evidence they requested, yet they've completely stopped responding to me since then. It's incredibly frustrating. The issue isn't even about product quality — the whole operation is just fraudulent.
