My personal recommendation. One of the most beautiful rooms in New York - House of Dior, at 57th and Madison. Four floors by Peter Marino, steps from where Christian Dior opened his first American boutique in 1948.
After having a disappointing experience at the Van Cleef & Arpels at the Fifth Avenue boutique, I decided to stop by Dior to browse, and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by several members of the team. The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful, and it was a pleasure exploring all the new collections.
Oriana was wonderful to work with. She took the time to show me several beautiful pieces, including the newest exotic skin creations, and made the entire experience feel personal and enjoyable. She was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me find something special.
In the end, we selected a stunning bracelet that will be a beautiful addition to my collection. Thank you, Oriana, for such a memorable experience! I can’t wait to receive my new bracelet and wear it.
If you’re visiting the Dior Fifth Avenue boutique, I highly recommend asking for Oriana. She’ll take great care of you!
The boutique is absolutely gorgeous and the service is top tier. Aundria, and Tara were especially kind to my friends and I on our first visit to NY. The tea time was wonderful and Andrew was amazing. He went above & beyond. 5 star service all around.
Great staff, was incredibly attentive and polite. Went here to buy a scarf and Bruno was our sales assistant who helped my girlfriend with the scarf purchase. Came here after Hermes on Madison treated us so poorly. 5 stars to the staff at Dior.
Amazing service by Phillip and Venessa. Every time I go to Dior they never disappoint. They are inclusive and always ready to go above and beyond for their clients. It’s no doubt that they deserve the status they have in the fashion world. Thank you so much to Dior and the whole team at this boutique.
