  I do not recommend shopping at this Dior location. Today myself and my daughters visited in search of one of their signature scents. We were expecting the service associated with the luxury shopping experience but immediately felt looked down upon by sales associates. While browsing one of the floors a woman approached us, we tried to explain we were looking for a fragrance and before we could describe what we wanted she suggested we go to Sephora if we wanted Sauvage or Miss Dior. This felt very disrespectful and we promptly left the store. While J’Adore is one of my favorite scents by Dior, I do not think I will even purchase that again after this experience, especially when we received superb service from associates at surrounding stores.

  Today I made a purchase at Dior and I was highly disappointed in the service I received. The experience was horrendous. I have purchased merchandise from multiple high-end stores in the area and it was always excellent service. However, here it was horrible. I don't know if it was the service woman that was helping me or it's the management but I asked for champagne to celebrate my extremely expensive purchase. And I was told that the only way to get champagne is via an appointment. Now that's extremely disrespectful. I just made a extremely expensive purchase and I can't even get a glass of champagne? The table next to me received it and I couldn't. I felt rushed, nickel and dimed, disrespected, cheaped out of the luxury experience. I will not be making any more purchases from Dior.

  My experience with Jaylon at Dior has been nothing short of exceptional. From my very first purchase, he made the entire experience feel personal, effortless, and truly special. Even though I live in Florida, Jaylon always stays connected and goes above and beyond to keep me updated on beautiful new arrivals and special pieces he knows I may love. His attention to detail and ability to understand my personal style make every interaction feel thoughtful and tailored. Jaylon represents the level of service you expect from Dior—warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. He has built a wonderful relationship with me as a client, and his exceptional service is one of the reasons I continue to look forward to shopping with Dior. I truly appreciate everything he does and cannot recommend him enough.

  Beautiful store with an amazing interior and such a great shopping experience! The iconic staircase is absolutely stunning and even more exciting knowing it was featured in The Devil Wears Prada 2. Spencer, the SA who helped me, was incredibly patient, helpful and made the whole experience even better. Wonderful service from start to finish! 🤍
