  Don’t know if this is the right place to post this or not. Anyways I placed an order on Amazon US last week Tuesday for an item that needs to be shipped from Amazon Germany. Paid extra for faster delivery as I’m only in the US for 1 week, delivery was scheduled for this past Monday via DHL. Since then the only update DHL has given was on Monday stating there was a delay in transit. Yesterday I see two DHL delivery trucks further down the street- surprise surprise my delivery has not arrived. Spoke with Amazon last night who said they have raised a ticket with DHL to make this delivery a priority. Again surprise surprise zero update from DHL to this very moment. I am shocked at the lack of communication and even more irritated as it seems by the time my order arrives, I will have left the country. This is poor service and unfortunately you are ruining the reputation of another company because of your lack of service.
