  Francesca was amazing! We went to another DHL location and they were closed even though they told us they would be open today. We had to take a subway over to this location and it was worth every minute of it because it was clean organized and Francesca was pleasant and very helpful. Also, every other DHL location that we called had some problem, giving us information and telling us their hours. Very frustrating. Just go directly to this location!😊
