  Went there today (2.19.26) at 1pm and the girl working there (Nicole, which is probably a fake name) does not speak english and was NOT trying to help me. I told her to contact her supervisor or support and she still didn’t lift a finger, mind you all I wanted is to pay my cricket bill. I’ll definitely switch from Cricket from now on since they can’t hire competent people and can’t restore my line.

  The new employee David, the one who replace my friend Jin, is the same as Jin. Always helpful, always tries his best to solve everyone's problem, and gives the best promotions, knowledgeable. I will go to him whenever i have a problem.!!

  Very professional manager, Anthony. Makes customers interested in buying a phone before they leave the store. I've never seen any manager like this before, amazing! Very professional!
