  I believe I was shown a pair of counterfeit Celine Triomphe loafers. I needed a larger size to try and the SA went back to grab a pair for me. When I put both side to side there was a clear difference in color in the gold Triomphe buckle. One had a more matte gold finish and the other was shiny gold. Even the leather finish was different. As soon as I mentioned it, the SA took the shoes away. I was highly suspicious of his behavior, and left the store.

  I placed an order and never received it. This company is a big scam because you’re led to believe it’s being shipped by UPS one in fact it’s coming from China and there’s no way to track the shipping. You can email the company all you want but you do not get a reply so please do not waste your money or order anything from this fraudulent company because you too will be scammed.

  Beautiful quality products but Celine has a Terrible Online Customer service. Lack of support with refunds and clearly have not built an infrastructure to support return seamlessly. I do not recommend shopping online with Celine under any circumstances. It’s a lousy experience.

  The review is for the service rather than the store. I was given incorrect information by an employee at the SoHo location regarding the return policy. I had then gone to the Madison Avenue location as it is closer to my office. Rather than being remotely helpful or investigating further with the SoHo employee, which takes a simple phone call, the employees were dismissive and unhelpful, and what was an issue created by the store, it then became my problem. I have been a client of Celine for years, and have always been met with professional behavior. This does not meet the level of service expected from Celine. Celine needs to train their employees across the board in NYC.

  Should be rated 0. For such a branded store. No body pay attention. Service garbage. Came with my wife. Was ready to spend a few thousand on purse . Probably not enough.
