  Quarto bem espaçoso para o que estávamos esperando. Banheiro grande, limpo e sem banheira. Frigobar no quarto, o que ajudou muito na estadia com muitos dias. Excelente localização, próximo de principais pontos turísticos, restaurantes e estação de metrô. O ponto forte para nós foi o atendimento, principalmente por Pathik, que nos deu todo o suporte mesmo quando tivemos nosso voo cancelado e íamos perder a reserva no hotel, mas ele prontamente nos atendeu via e-mail e foi extremamente solicito e atencioso.

  We had issues with the AC in our room on the 8th floor. The staff is the friendliest staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. They moved us to another room asap, which resolved our AC issue. The sink wasn't draining very quickly in our new room. They offered to come fix it the instant we mentioned it, but we declined since it wasn't a big deal. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. Basic, small NYC room with no fridge or microwave. Know what to expect and you'll be delighted. Great location 1.5 blocks from the subway and a citibike station.

  This was my third stay at this hotel, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve had here. My room was on the 5th floor, and the street noise was unbearable. The windows seemed to have little to no soundproofing, so I could hear everything happening outside, even late at night. I expected much better, especially as a returning guest. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be coming back. A complete disappointment.

  I recently stayed here from August 13 to August 15 in the executive room, and it was amazing. The guy who checked me in was so friendly and professional. The entire hotel is very clean, and my room on the 16th floor was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a convenient hotel in Manhattan.

  The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had a pleasant stay. A special thank you to Mina at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, elegant, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Her warm attitude and genuine willingness to assist really stood out and made us feel very welcome. It is always a pleasure to meet someone who represents hospitality so well.
