  基本的にアポイントが必要らしいのだが、 AP HOUSE TOKYOで登録している 私は当日に直接伺って入れてもらえました。 入口がとても分かりにくいので要注意。 スタッフさんが付きっきりで案内してくれます。

  Fantastic experience. Pretty refreshing when a high end brand doesn’t look down on customers. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. No one judged which watch I was interested in. Great sales experience. If something is impossible to buy- they’re honest about it- which is great. Looking at you, company which sounds like Solex. No empty promises.

  My first and only visit to the store was pleasant, and Kaz was courteous and professional during my appointment. Unfortunately, that positive first impression was overshadowed by what followed. After being on the waitlist for more than a year, I reached out multiple times (more than six follow-up attempts) to inquire about model availability. None of my messages received a response. I also requested to speak with a manager, but that request was ignored as well. Considering the price point and the luxury positioning of the brand, I expected a much higher standard of customer service and communication. Even if there was no update on availability, a simple response would have been appreciated. The complete lack of follow-up has been extremely disappointing, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend this store.

  Love Alou Dia, he is a straight shooter type of a person and if something is impossible to get he will honestly tell you it's impossible to get but then he will go ahead and will tell how to make that impossible model POSSIBLE. That's how I got my Royal Oak and I'm very happy with the honesty and help.
