  I came to this office for assistance, and a lady named Gina made me feel so dumb and was annoyed after I was asking questions. I don’t speak very good English. She was very condescending and very rude, I got so irritated that I left. I tried calling the 1-800 number like she suggested cause she was annoyed with my questions, and I got someone from another country. Got no where with it. Decided to come back to the office, and thankfully she wasn’t there. Andrew and Crystal helped me, and Crystal helped with translating. They were of great help and very patient with me. When you come to this office seek them, they will actually help you.

  They have now helped me twice in the last 8 months. Very quick response from them. Allstate is not allowing me to switch them as my preferred agent yet but I will as soon as I am able to.

  I shared in my neighbor’s house fire in 2014, after 23 years of coverage. Roger was a big help in getting things taken care of. After my house was rebuilt (because of water/smoke damage, etc), a leak occurred from the water line to the refrigerator (the contractor’s plumber put in a plastic, rather than copper line, which was crimped by the contractor’s installation of the new kitchen cabinets). At that point, Allstate cancelled my coverage, as two claims were submitted in one year! Roger got me reinstated, as it was not my fault or carelessness that caused my need for the insurance. I trust Roger Dwyer and his Allstate office for my home insurance needs.
