  This store is amazing! The staff here were extremely kind and friendly. Especially the Red and Orange Haired worker. He was extremely patient and understanding when I was trying to ship something out. Would definitely recommend!

  The notary at this location is an incredibly rude human being. The sad part is I’ve been going here for close to 15 years but they had a change in ownership a few years ago and most of the staff is nice but the notary is amazingly rude. The previous employees were amazing — they went above and beyond. Today when I went to get copies of passports notarized the notary said he wouldn’t do it. Then when I asked him to explain the issue he said something confusing. I politely asked him to repeat and he goes “what, were you even listening?”. Apparently there’s a phrase you need to write on the passport copies first before the notary will sign it. I went to PDQ in Larchmont where the notary there was warm and even had a stamp prepared with the right phrase that was needed. I won’t be back to this UPS store again. This is not the first time that notary has been so rude. Honestly my life is too short to go somewhere that doesn’t want my business.

  For the past 4 years i come in here weekly for everything I need. From printing to shiping and they always treat me extremelly well. Its rare in this kinda of business dealing with customer service but they sure keep a good fun enviroment for us and they seem so happy! Best UPS Store in New Rochelle!!

  I love this UPS store. I come all the way from Brewster to send my packages. Stephanie is extremely thorough, diligent and always pleasant and cordial. She re-tapes and secures all of my fragile parcels and often give free supplies such as boxes and tape when needed. This level of competance in retail stores is rare and extremely appreciated. Keep up the fabulous customer service.

  What a terrible experience I had. I went with an older friend of mine to help her. We went to the notary, the notary was very rude. Told us that he wasn't doing it. He also was interrupted because someone brought his pet dog in. He took his pet dog, put it behind the counter and continued serving the customers. So I left, I came back, he took the dog for a walk. And another person assisted me, and I asked them, can I use the tape that was beside the register for my letter before I sent it off. She took it from my hand and said I'll take care of it. Terrible experience. There are 2 UPS stores in New Rochelle. The one on main street is so much better. Better customer service.
