  I got to the location on 08/18/2026 @ about 6pm after I got off work. I needed some vital & important documents photocopied as well as printed. It took me a solid 25 minutes to make sure that I had everything I needed in order. The man working there at the time appeared to be in a rush to close the store which, as a paying customer made my experience less than stellar. I get to the DMV at 8:30am the next day (8/19) only to find out my social security card was not on my person as it was the last thing I had photocopied. The employee neglected to hand me my card back! This, not only could have led to identity theft, it screwed up the whole timeline of my day as I had to drive back to the store to find it. Another employee found it still sitting in the machine after he checked the lost & found. I now had to spend an extra 2+ hours at the DMV & pay another parking fee when I could have been done hours ago & I have other appointments to attend to as well. I'll make sure to never come to this location again. It was not a welcoming experience.

  These guys are simply the best. I’ve never had a problem ever. We’ve all been to print / copy shops where you say explicitly: “please staple it in the upper left-hand corner“ BUT the job is returned spiral bound with covers put on or 10 extra sets that were accidentally created. There are NO rookies or clowns working here. They are professionals who take pride in the work and it’s a joy to get jobs done there.

  I had an incredible experience at the UPS Store’s North Avenue location in New Rochelle. I had two very difficult packages to send to Japan and Stephanie and Robert were beyond patient, professional and extremely persistent in finding a way to get the job done. I can’t compliment these two rock stars enough. The BEST.
