I was purchasing two footlong tuna sandwiches today. At the time I had already had two punches in the app for rhe promotion saying that the fourth footlong should be free. The cashier rang me up and could not get it to work. She called over her colleague who then told me that if I bought a third one the fourth one should be free. So I told him if that is the case I would buy them separately. So he deleted the transaction and charged me for 1 footlong; when I went into the app the two stamps from my previous purchase when I walked in was gone and I addressed to him. Now he told me the best he could do for the fourth one is charge me $1.83. The information provided is from the second transaction. At the time I was not aware that he was charging me for a 6 inch and also used my two dollars subway cash rewards without asking me. This was fraudulent. It was not my fault that they do not know how to use the app.
