  As a subway fanatic who has been to tens of subways THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The older Indian man they have working there is incredibly rude and does not want to do what he’s supposed to do as someone who works there. I live in the area and unfortunately if i want subway this is the closest and most convenient location. Numerous times ive been in there people have come in with online orders/rewards and he lies and tells them they do not have rewards (i have seen the option to put rewards info on your payment and have done it and gotten my points so i know they have it.) He never seems to want to honor the online rewards. I once went in and ordered online my free sub and a pizza and had to argue with him for 5 minutes in order to get my sub. He was telling me i don’t have a free sub even though i literally redeemed one and was showing him on my phone (this is all documented because i was recording.) I once ordered a sandwhich on flatbread (which i have done HUNDREDS of times across numerous locations) and he refused to make it correctly. He did not toast the bread he was putting the toppings on vertically rather than horizontally how they normally do and refused to listen to me when i told him that’s not how they usually make it and i do not want it like that. He INSISTED that he make my sandwich that way telling me that is how it was supposed to be made. I thought subway was supposed to be MY WAY? He straight up refused to adjust how he was making it! When he was done making the sandwich he crumpled it up and rolled it up like a burrito. I just went with it because i figured i could fix it at home. However once i got home the entire sandwich fell apart and the bread was nearly inedible to me because it was not toasted. I was LIVID! I was once there with my daughter and sat at one of the tables to eat. When we were leaving he actually stopped me and told me next time don’t eat at that table because it’s near the employee door and he doesn’t wanna clean it. He would rather me sit closer to the door at the tables that get used more often. Seriously?! AVOID THIS SUBWAY. If you have a car or don’t mind the walk there is another subway a ~7 minute drive and 22 minute walk away. I stopped there today and it was SO refreshing to remember what a GOOD subway restaurant is like. The kind of subway I am usually used to! Complete 180 from this mess! The sandwiches were actually filled not skimped! The food tasted fresher and better, and you could actually see the food being made how you’re SUPPOSED to at subway unlike this location which is blocking the customers view from seeing the sandwich made on one half. I will avoid this subway from now on and only have subway if im near the other one or in the mood for a little walk in order to avoid putting even more of a sour taste in my mouth for what has usually always been one of my FAVORITE restaurants.

  The girl who makes your sandwiches and they’re having an attitude for no reason I wanted the sandwich of the day and I didn’t know it was meatballs because it was advertised. It was ham so when she made the meatball sub, I said I did not want that she had attitude, while I was in there spending my money when she made my actual sandwich she took the meatballs with cheese melted on it and threw it back into the meatball pan
