  I patronized this office for years without incident. Today unfortunately I spoke with the manager Marko. In my 72 years I have never spoke with such a unprofessional , rude and condescending person on the phone. He would not allow me to finish a sentence I made several attempts to calm him down to no avail therefore I eventually hang up the phone My stress levels went out of control My body was shaking and I wanted to curse him instead I just hung up the phone very poor people skills .Katie eventually called back Apologize for him she was also able to resolve my issues.. thank you Kathy

  I had a very frustrating experience with Douglas Torpie at Allstate Insurance. Communication was poor, and the overall service was extremely unprofessional. I specifically worked with a representative named DJ, who was not helpful and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. We are paying significantly more compared to Toyota’s insurance options, yet the level of service does not justify the cost. There was a lack of clear guidance, delays in handling our request, and overall poor customer support. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience.

  It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten before, the MANAGER of the store is the meanest and most unprofessional person I’ve had to deal with, I would never recommend this location to get any kind of insurance. DISRESPECTFUL AND INEFFICIENT, not solutions at all with any kind of professional skills.
