I had a very disappointing experience at this location. When I arrived, the employee at the counter was on a personal phone call and did not greet or acknowledge me at all. I had placed my order online 40 minutes beforehand, but nothing was prepared my order wasn’t even started until I showed up. I was told it would be another 5 minutes, which I accepted.
I also included a clear instruction in my order: “Do not cut” due to dietary restrictions and cross‑contamination concerns. Despite this, my sandwich was cut and it was done with a used unlcleaned knife, which defeats the purpose entirely. The food preparer seemed annoyed that I interrupted her call, and there was no basic courtesy such as a greeting or a “thank you.”
When I got home, I hoped at least the food itself would be consistent, but it wasn’t. There was barely any meat in the sandwich, and the quality was far below what I’ve received at other Subway locations.
The staff here clearly need proper training, because they are representing the establishment poorly. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
