  Absolute joke of a location. Terrible build quality at the counter where IDs can fall through the slip and the associate there said “this has happened numerous times before and nothing we can do to get it back”. They informed me they would contact me back but of course no follow-up, “we must be have been busy” was the associate’s reason.

  Got there with a 15 min temporary closed sign on the door. Waiting for 15mins and nothing. They could've the sign there for alteration while.

  Came to make a ship and the rep here named Dylan, member since 2023 clearly needs some customer service training and an attitude adjustment when dealing with people. Very condescending when speaking to customers and threw my receipt on the table in-front of me like i was some wild animal. The manager here needs to address this and put him on down for of probation period. I made the manager aware of this and hope it is addressed but by the looks of reviews seems the store is plagued with issues
