  I just visited there and the lady named Charlotte was incredibly rude to me and my roomate, she kept huffing and rolling her eyes and we had to repeat what we wanted multiple times cus she kept putting the wrong things on our sandwiches. I didn't even get the right bread, which isn't a huge issue but when we are saying it loud and clear multiple times that's where the issue is. Food was fine just the service was bad. Not to mention there was a "buy one get one" and it did NOT state you had to get a specific sandwich just that it had to be a foot long and she still charged us for 2 sandwiches.
