  Really great experience at the UPS Store in Nesconset! The woman who helped me was super friendly and made everything so easy. She was patient, answered all my questions, and just had a genuinely nice attitude, which you don’t always see these days. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and I left feeling like I was actually taken care of—not just another customer. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need shipping or anything else. Highly recommend this spot!

  The UPS store in Nesconset is great. A very friendly staff to say the least. I appreciate Joe the owner, he was very helpful in getting my shipments taken care of the last few weeks. He even went the extra mile for me in taking care of everything for a cold shipment I recently had to make. He certainly went above and beyond which is a rarity in today’s world. I also noticed in my visits there that he treats his staff well. I would highly recommend this UPS store.

  Attention customer experience I would like to call to your attention experience that I shared today with your store located in Nesconset. I am delighted to write this review.Based upon my insight's feelings and observations as a former ceo servicing wall street at the executive level globally. I would like to personally extol upon the virtues of veronica and joe magri. The professionalism and courtesy that was extended to me was in an inclusive manner truly as business owners rather than employees of the UPS store.. Customer service is the tip of the spear for branding. Any organization and I must extol upon the virtues of the personnel representing your store.
