She was patient, answered all my questions, and just had a genuinely nice attitude, which you don’t always see these days. Everything went quickly and smoothly, and I left feeling like I was actually taken care of—not just another customer. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I need shipping or anything else. Highly recommend this spot!

I appreciate Joe the owner, he was very helpful in getting my shipments taken care of the last few weeks. He even went the extra mile for me in taking care of everything for a cold shipment I recently had to make. He certainly went above and beyond which is a rarity in today’s world. I also noticed in my visits there that he treats his staff well. I would highly recommend this UPS store.
