  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Becky deserves a standing ovation for her sub-making artistry. What could have been a routine Subway stop turned into a genuinely delightful experience, all because of her. She was warm, personable, incredibly attentive, and clearly took pride in her craft. This wasn’t just a sandwich—it was an artisanal sub, lovingly assembled with the precision and care of someone who understands that the little things matter. Every detail was just right, and her cheerful energy genuinely made my day better. Becky is exactly the kind of person who reminds you that great customer service isn’t just about getting the order right—it’s about making someone feel good while you’re doing it. Subway is lucky to have her, and Naples is lucky to have a sandwich artist of this caliber. 10/10 crossing my fingers if Becky isn’t making my sub next time, I hope she trained whoever is!

  Went to order a sub, lady behind the counter copped an attitude as soon as I walked up and said "how ya doing today?" Went on to rolling her eyes and slamming things immediately. Didn't bother hanging out to order beyond that point. If you hate your job, leave. Otherwise, make my damn sandwich.
