  Very disappointing experience. AJ was extremely rude. He just wanted me to buy a box for my return. I explained several times that my return did not require a box or label, as when I initiated the return on the app, it explicitly said no box or label was needed, but he seemed unable to understand that. When I told him he needed to listen to the customer, he got offended. When I asked for his name, as I wanted to complain about him, he gave me his name and asked me to provide him with my name (LMAO). I’m not sure if he wanted to file a complaint against me (LOL). I told him I was going to report him to UPS, and he told me, “I couldn’t care less,” even though he saw me recording him (so smart). I ended up going to another UPS location, where I dropped off all my returns with no box and no label. If you value your time, do not go to this UPS. Just look at the reviews—I’ve never seen a business with that many one-star reviews.

  Great place, no lines, always happily welcoming customers, professional staff, quick customer service.

  Came in to ship a small item I had pre-packaged myself only for them to try and hustle me into paying $7 for a “bigger box”. I told them kick rocks and took my package down to the UPS store in Congers, where they accepted it as is without issues or any arbitrary rules as to what constitutes to a “shippable package”.

  THE STAFF IS RUDE, ESPECIALLY THE GUY AT THE DESK ON THE LEFT CLOSER TO THE ENTRANCE. JUST ASKED IF I COULD DROP THE PACKAGE INSTEAD OF WAITING ON THE LINE AS MY PCKAGE WAS READY TO GO. THE RESPONSE WAS A RUDE SHOUTING AND HIS FACIAL EXPRESSION WAS LIKE HE WOULD HIT ME. I SAID I WOULD COMPALAIN AND HE SAID HE DOES NOT CARE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. HE COULD HAVE JUST ANSWERED AN YES OR A NO INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME BEING RUDE, SHOUTING AT ME.

  They wanted to charge $5.85 to print their shipping label. I didn’t realize Amazon wanted it printed but if it’s going through UPS why couldn’t they just print it if I have the email. They also charged a $1 to tape a bag. I just don’t understand the nickle and dime-ing!
