  Today I came in originally wanting a flatbread 6 inch. as I was waiting for the lady to get the bread ready I happened to see a new wrap that looked pleasing to me so I asked the lady if I can get that instead and she puts out a different wrap not informing me that they don’t have that specific wrap that is ADVERTISED, so i decided I wanted originally what I came in for and she was like well “we already made the chicken for you”. I ended up saying if it’s a problem then I will go elsewhere she smiled and said “ok” Terrible customer service. If I change my mind as customers do everyday give me what I want. I’m paying for it. Yo can put that chicken elsewhere store it back where it was. I work and customer service people daily and I would NEVER treat my customers like that.
