  So bad experience with FedEx especially this ship center. I have a package was trying to deliver but did not call me over the past 3 days! The system showed failed delivery because I could not been reached out. I was trying to contact them but they don’t have any information online. I also called FedEx but they said they don’t have any way to contact them. ???????? I will not use FedEx in the future! TOO BAD!

  I have been coming to this FedEx location since 2024... The employees are absolutely 💯 percent in helping each and every customer with great customer service and support... Since, then I have never felt the A/C working at all and it makes it unbearable especially when we have those heat waves... I had to minus a star due to the air conditioning issue...

  No Air Conditioning for your employees during a heatwave is unacceptable FedEx. Do better. Seriously. Why is it that management upstairs has Air Conditioning, yet the employees handling the packages are not provided the same accommodations during this brutal heatwave.

  I hate that this shipping center has to be in bad review as Fedex is a great shipping service. I had an overnight shipment which should have arrived on Saturday, it is now Wednesday and every day since has been a claim of attempted delivery which did not happen as I have been home to receive my package. It’s the same exact photo every time they claim “attempted delivery” while having delivery instructions they do not follow. (Christopher) is not doing his job delivering packages and I doubt I’m the only one with this issue.The owner of this shipping location needs to fire and rehire because after a while it will affect business having bad staff. Paying people not to work is ridiculous.
