  I just picked up my order, and I’m not sure why there are such negative reviews. Every time I’ve gone in people have always been very friendly and kind. But today was especially so, I had issues with ordering online, and I went to the store for them to help me. I did not get her name, but she was very lovely, helped me resize the image and stood with me until it was ordered so she could get it started right away. When I put it through it was done within three hours - normal wait time is 4. Great customer service, thank you!!!😊
