  The last four times that I have placed on online order through the app, I requested my subs toasted. All four times they have not been. Three strikes your out in my book so I submitted a complaint through the app. A week later, I get an email saying that it was resolved but I had never been contacted so I responded to the email explaining I had not heard back. Went back to Subway last night, subs were not toasted again so here I am. Hopefully the staff learn to read the online orders correctly in the near future.
