  Just checked in and already disappointed. Breakfast area staff unable to converse at all. Milk by breakfast said to spoiled at the reception today but not replaced. Air hockey table non-functional. Pool is cold.

  Clean rooms, very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Kids will enjoy the indoor pool. This hotel is a fine choice if you're in need of a room while in the area. The walls are a bit thin, so if you're not a heavy sleeper, earplugs are helpful.

  Stayed Saturday May 30, 2026. Blinking lights in HVAC that were difficult to cover during the night. Rooms have a "Fire alarm (not a smoke detector) that has a white light that flashes every 30 seconds.....and no control over clients. Was kept up til 3AM at which point we just got up, walked out and made the 3hr drive home......

  A great place to stay. They have a sauna and a swimming pool. The rooms and amenities are clean. They serve a continental breakfast (omelette, sausage, yogurt, apples, bananas, coffee, etc.). The room layout is unusual, I wish a sink was in a bathroom and not outside of it. Every time somebody goes to a toilet during the night, they wake everybody up when washing hands. But it's not an issue if you stay alone.

  We reserved a room with a king. Got a queen. Asked why and the desk clerk told us that as a matter of policy Best Western simply doesn't bother honoring such commitments. For that reason, we will never, ever stay in any Best Western anywhere, ever. Other comments: the bed was not level, bottom sheet not tucked in, the overall decor was ugly and depressing. We left as early as we could in the a.m.
