  Such a wonderful location and the staff is just amazing! It's like going to see friends any time I need to return something! Would recommend This store a million times over. Glad the location is convenient as well.

  So what happened at this particular UPS store which I have been going for since they opened the young girl the counter was always very helpful and very nice and very polite. I went in there with a large object to return. I was told I had to purchase a box to return it, which I had no problem doing the nice girl then measured my object and got a box. We both tried to fit the object in the box while we were doing that it ripped maybe an inch and that is when we both pulled it out and put it back on the counter and talked about taking the air out of the tires of the wagon so it would fit properly at this time. The girl asked me if she could take the customers behind me at the other register while I release the air. I said absolutely as I was taking out the air the woman standing in the back, which is the owner operator asked to see the box, looked at it with an attitude, and then came over to me and asked me to move onto the other side of the counter, as I was letting the air out of the tire that I couldn’t reach to from the other side of the counter which I did move out of the way, and then she asked me to move my object completely off the counter which was put there by her employe that was doing her job fine!! as I was letting the air out of the tire and I said just one moment and she said no I said now she started being aggressive, she was upset that we ripped the box & she did not have a bigger box to accommodate my return! One I offer to pay for the box because how upset she became! Then I said you don’t have to be so rude about this I will pay for the box! After that she told her employee not to accept my return and asked me to leave the store! Which at that point I did get upset and I told her I was filing a complaint and I stood outside of her store and I called UPS and I did take a picture of her because she’s the owner and operator who represents UPS! And the only thing that I said to her employee was, I am very sorry that you have to work for this woman who obviously doesn’t know how customer service works! You will see some reviews on Yelp and here about the owner operator being rude to customers! Nobody was breaking anything or putting anyone in danger or a safety issue! The best is the girl told me she gave me the largest box which it wasn’t because I then went to Middletown UPS store and they had much more larger boxes than I needed so obviously the ShopRite store is not stocked as the others so the owner operator knew she couldn’t accommodate my return! But don’t worry I won’t be going back nor will I ever recommend this location! This picture is of the women wearing the tag owner ! So as she stated I had issues with her employees it was not her employees because the one employee she has is very, very nice as far as the owner absolutely should not be in customer service!
