  I had a wonderful experience at this DHL store. Even though it's a large store, they provide incredible, personalized customer service at very reasonable prices. A huge thank you to Renaldo, who went completely above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly dedicated from the start. I actually made a mistake on my shipment and had to call him afterward, and he was willing to change the address for me without any hassle. He made the entire process so much easier and showed so much genuine care and concern to me, a complete stranger. It turned what could have been a stressful situation into a completely positive experience. I highly recommend this location!

  We are so pleased with the service provided by Reynaldo and Carlos! We were in need of mailing an 8ft long package and were beginning to feel that we were not going to be able to find a company that would wrap and ship it. We were wrong!
