  had an exceptional experience with a battery replacement today! Everybody hates that feeling when they have a dead battery and have to get it back up to the store for a new one, But my experience today was top-notch. Re was so helpful with the process and got me taken care of very efficiently and kindly.

  The guy whit the yellow hair was really rude and have a bad actitud when I come to buy some thing for my car, The truth is that the customer service was very bad, he even refused to help me with the pens I bought for the car, saying that he didn't know and that he didn't have time to explain to me how to do it. Btw the closed was complete empty , nobody was there, So they weren't all busy
