  I call to complain about the order my husband just brought out, and they hang up on me TWICE! Ordered 8 wings! They gave 7 and they are NOT cooked well at all!. They didn't give the celery I PAID for! Wings are gross and under cooked! No one that works there knows what they are doing! I will Never ever come back here again!

  Don't know why we decided to give this place another chance. They constantly leave things out that they charge for, they always mess up our order. When we just tried to call to question why this keeps happening the phone was ignored or hung up on. We will 10000000% not be coming back ever. With how hard times are and how hard it is to get by ypu would expect a food business to have some pride but clearly its just a bunch of kids joking around and not taking things serious. 1000% would never recommend this spot and because of thos location I will probably never go to another wingstop again. Thanks for refusing to help us time and time again, getting our food wrong amd stealing money from us.

  Workers were joking around in the food preparation area with one of them lying on the floor when I entered. When ordering I asked the cashier if the worker who was lying on the floor washed his hand before resuming preparing meals. His response was "that is bullshit, of course he washed his hand". I don't accept that kind of disrespect for a customer's concern about the safe preparation of food.
