  Extremely frustrating experience. I placed an order through the Wingstop app, and my order was suddenly canceled. When I called the store, they told me to contact DoorDash even though I ordered directly through Wingstop. After spending about 25 minutes on the phone with the manager trying to figure out what happened, I was told that the food “must have gotten stolen” through DoorDash. To make things worse, they said because my order was large, they couldn’t remake or resend it. Instead, they just refunded my money. No real effort to fix the issue, no replacement, and no proper resolution. I also never received a refund confirmation email, which made the situation feel even more unprofessional. The refund just appeared on my credit card without any communication. I missed out on a specialty item I specifically ordered, wasted a significant amount of time, and ended up without food. This was handled very poorly. Update: The company did reach out after my review, but only directed me to a generic feedback form instead of providing a direct resolution or addressing the situation in a meaningful way. That response felt just as disappointing as the original experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.

  We love wing stop! The bathrooms clean the food is so good and fresh and the employees are always so friendly.

  Alex always in there with the fast and friendly service, good always great, get for lunch at least once a week minimum. Very clean as well

  It’s my fav spot for late-night eats. The wings always taste good. They have a great selection of wings. I came in, wasn’t sure which flavor to get, and Brittany helped me. She was great. Such outstanding customer service
