It’s been a year since I’ve been in this new UPS store on 211 and it’s totally changed around. They now have two people helping with two different registers which is nice and there’s also a self scanner where you can scan and get your own ticket to put on your package and send out, which is nice and everything seems to move a lot quicker than it did last year last year. That would be a line out the door this year. Everything moves very quickly.

I kept standing in line and no one was ready to help,one was counting his bank looked at me ignored me,other one started picking packages ,looked at me and completely ignored me,finally a girl came apologized for wait and help me. Not sure what is missing at this place.
