  I switched to cricket from at&t at the beginning it was good the guys in the store was great bought a new phone only had it one month and the phone was defective went back to the store they say have to call the warranty call them they say call cricket speak to them no help so i say I'm back to at&t they say sorry not happy with them so I'm switching back no good customer service especially when a brand new phone is defective
